Why is Regenerative Leadership Necessary?

Today’s leaders are challenged by complexities beyond anything we’ve ever seen before*:

  • 68% of employees are not thriving at work, so their potential remains untapped
  • Only 22% of teams believe their leaders have any clear direction for their company
  • 18% of employees believe their company has a transparent and open approach, yet only 37% of leaders are worried about their ability to create trust
  • Leaders account for at least 70% of the variance in employee engagement, which means employees’ motivation is often made or broken through their managers


More frightening is that 63% say they lack leadership development to meet the demands of their role. This staggering statistic is deeply connected to the fact that 81% believe the ability to “lead through complexity and ambiguity” is required for 21st century leaders.

The Regenerative Leadership Program is for you if:

Just as no two people are alike, no two leaders are alike. So, it’s essential that the leadership principles and practices you adopt can maximize who you are, the beliefs you hold, and the potential that exists for you in this moment.

Program Design:

The Regenerative Leadership Program aims at providing a living systems approach to redesigning leadership to meet the complex demands of our changing world.

The program is intentionally immersive, so you have the time and space to experience a level of transformation and insight that simply isn’t possible with a drive-thru, fast-food, quick-fix approach. 

  • Format: Live online Zoom sessions, facilitated with an interactive, experiential approach that enables you to collaborate with and learn alongside the peers in your cohort 

  • Time: Two 2-hour sessions each week

  • Duration: 6 weeks with the option to join the Regenerative Design Lab in part 3  

  • Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, September 12 – October 19 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm ET (GMT-4) *Optional part 3, runs from November 28 – December 14 for 2.5 hours, until 2:30pm ET

In month one, you will learn a new model for leadership based on living systems, explore the difference between directing and creating conditions, and discover how to account for your own unique genius and wellbeing, while beginning to develop your own Regenerative Leadership Framework. You will also confront and explore the pressure to perform and tensions with change and understand how regenerative leadership responds to the pressures you face.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm ET, October 3 – 19

During month two, you and your cohort will discover regenerative mindset and behavior shifts capable of responding to the complexity you face as a leader, learn the leadership role of “designer,” and explore key global trends and factors that must inform the way we lead in the future, while completing your own Regenerative Leadership Framework.
