leader
lē′dər / noun
One that creates the conditions to unleash the vast potential that exists in people.
Today’s leaders are challenged by complexities beyond anything we’ve ever seen before*:
More frightening is that 63% say they lack leadership development to meet the demands of their role. This staggering statistic is deeply connected to the fact that 81% believe the ability to “lead through complexity and ambiguity” is required for 21st century leaders.
Regenerative Leadership offers a solution.
Just as no two people are alike, no two leaders are alike. So, it’s essential that the leadership principles and practices you adopt can maximize who you are, the beliefs you hold, and the potential that exists for you in this moment.
The Regenerative Leadership Program aims at providing a living systems approach to redesigning leadership to meet the complex demands of our changing world.
The program is intentionally immersive, so you have the time and space to experience a level of transformation and insight that simply isn’t possible with a drive-thru, fast-food, quick-fix approach.

“The #1 responsibility of leaders it to create conditions for health and potential, period.” – Tre’ Cates, nRhythm
The world needs a new kind of leadership capable of unleashing the incredible potential that exists in people, organizations, and communities.
The days of command-and-control are over. Instead, the future belongs to those leaders who have the strength to let go of the rugged individualism and leader-driven models that have plagued organizations for decades.
The leadership we need today moves beyond a singular focus on maximizing and driving performance, productivity, and efficiency, and learns to see outcomes as a direct extension of a leader’s ability to create the conditions for health and potential to emerge.
The Regenerative Leadership Program is designed to help you lead by drawing out and bringing forth the potential that exists in people. The program will also equip you to build greater health and resilience in your organization, so that it can respond to our ever-changing environment and thrive well into the future.
Whatever you desire to bring forth in your organization, community, and world, it begins with a regenerative approach.
Capital Institute and nRhythm have teamed up to offer a variety of collaborative tools and resources, including this course, to support people to design and manage organization as living, evolving and naturally functioning organizations where health, abundance and resilience are recurring outcomes of its regenerative design.
nRhythm serves as Capital Institute’s Strategic Operating Partner. nRhythm designs, operates and resources organizations, networks, and communities using the nRhythm Regenerative Framework, which takes a holistic, living systems-based approach to improving organizational outcomes while increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and well-being of employees.
