Most people will spend 90,000 hours in their lifetime, half our waking hours, at work. The design of our workplace (in-person or virtual), career, project, product, or even our community has an enormous impact on our experience in life and work.
We have some promising news for you. We can change our situation, outcomes, and experiences in our workplaces (and lives) by learning to see ourselves as designers. With the support of tools and frameworks, we can cultivate conditions for health and create space for the unimaginable to emerge.
Become a designer through the nRhythm Regenerative Design Lab and learn how to create the conditions for you to experience well-being, abundance, and health by designing with these priorities in mind.
Join the Capital Institute Cohort in the Regenerative Design Lab where you’ll work alongside other change-makers utilizing the 8 Principles o f Regenerative Vitality in their context. You will learn to apply an equitable, collaborative, living systems and regenerative approach to how we design and manage our work, economies, businesses, policies, and communities and how to apply this to your specific project, program, product, or organizational structure.
In the Regenerative Design Lab, you will learn to apply regenerative frameworks and principles to your specific context so that you can approach any work, project, or situation in a whole new way.
Through a highly interactive, engaging format, we will support you on an intentional design journey using nRhythm’s Design Process. As guides, we will provide the learning environment, tools, and resources you need to develop your own meaningful, relevant, context specific design. Your customized design will enable new potential and begin creating the conditions for you and your teams to thrive.
The Regenerative Design Lab consists of a series of 8 sessions (two per week) over 4 weeks. The program is intentionally immersive, so that you have the time and space to experience a level of transformation and insight that simply isn’t possible with a drive-thru, fast-food, quick-fix approach.
Through the support of our team and peer-to-peer learning with fellow participants, you will begin to create a design that enables your purpose and releases new potential, while also increasing health. nRhythm will be an active resource to teach concepts, provide practical guidance, respond to questions, and help you process ideas and possibilities.
After the Regenerative Design Lab, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule one-to-one coaching sessions with our team to support you in your new regenerative design.
All participants are also invited to join the nRhythm Community, a global gathering place to get nRhythm with life and work.
Regenerative design is a methodology and a mindset informed by living systems that utilizes a principle-based approach and flexible frameworks to create conditions for health in complex systems and situations. In contrast, rigid, best-practice driven approaches do not acknowledge the fact that we are living, breathing human beings who evolve and change over time. So, our approach must be capable of being flexible and responsive to our lives
Capital Institute and nRhythm have teamed up to offer a variety of collaborative tools and resources, including this course, to support people to design and manage organization as living, evolving and naturally functioning organizations where health, abundance and resilience are recurring outcomes of its regenerative design.
nRhythm serves as Capital Institute’s Strategic Operating Partner. nRhythm designs, operates and resources organizations, networks, and communities using the nRhythm Regenerative Framework, which takes a holistic, living systems-based approach to improving organizational outcomes while increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, and well-being of employees.
